One-stop-shop

For highly skilled migrants starting work in Zeeland, it is possible to arrange all necessary matters in just one appointment through our One Stop Shop. This makes the process quick and convenient.

Starting January 6, 2025, the Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND) service point will be open at the City Hall in Goes. Thanks to the collaboration between Expat Center Zeeland, the municipalities of Zeeland, and the IND, we provide a smooth and efficient process for highly skilled migrants.

Practical information:

• The One Stop Shop is open on Mondays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Highly skilled migrants can easily register via this link: [Appointment booking].
• Upon registration, a joint appointment will be scheduled automatically, where the municipality, IND, and Expat Center Zeeland will be present.

Our services within the One Stop Shop procedure include:

• Municipal registration:
  • Registration in the Personal Records Database (BRP).
  • Issuance of the Citizen Service Number (BSN).
    Note: Soon all Zeeland municipalities will join this procedure. Please check in advance if this applies to the municipality where you will live.
• Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND):
  • Issuance of residence permit and work authorization.
• Zeeland International Center:
  • Information and guidance about living and working in Zeeland.
