RNI & BRP
Staying less than 4 months and requiring a BSN, the following applies:
If you are staying in the Netherlands for up to four (4) months or less, you can register with one of the 19 municipalities in the Netherlands (including for Zeeland inTerneuzen & Goes) as a non-resident under a special registration provision for registration of Non-Residents. (Registratie Niet-Ingezetenen, RNI)
Conditions to obtain a BSN as a non-resident:
You must have a valid passport or identity card. (Driver's licenses are not accepted as identity cards).

Staying in the Netherlands for more than 4 months. To register for residence in Zeeland, you must make an appointment with the population register of the municipality where you will live (BRP). You find the links here for the first appointment to register at one of the municipalities that are part of the Zeeland International Center.
- You have not previously been given a BSN.
- Your living address is in Borsele, Goes , Hulst , Middelburg, Schouwen-Duiveland, Sluis, Terneuzen, Vlissingen.
