A friendly reminder: the One Stop Shop for knowledge migrants in Zeeland
Since January 2025, Zeeland has had a One Stop Shop for knowledge migrants in Zeeland. It has been up and running for a while now, but a little reminder never hurts, so here is a shout-out to make sure everyone knows what it is and how it works.
What is the One Stop Shop?
The Zeeland International Center (ZIC) is based in Goes, where we provide expat services alongside our support for internationals and their families. The One Stop Shop is part of this. Knowledge migrants who start work with a recognised sponsor collect their residence permit from the IND in Goes. Straight afterwards, they can register at the same location, and that registration is valid for all municipalities in Zeeland. No separate steps at different counters, no lost time.
For employers and relocation agencies: attracting highly skilled talent from abroad becomes faster and clearer, and your new colleagues arrive in Zeeland well prepared and ready to start.
For knowledge migrants: you can arrange the essentials quickly and efficiently in one go, so you can focus on settling in and starting your new job.
