As GeuS uw makelaar, we believe that the whole journey concerning a move is an intensive one that you don't do yourself on a regular basis and don't always feel confident in. Especially when you are moving from one country to another. When moving house, you already have a lot to deal with, but when moving to (or in) a foreign country, you have to deal with many more unknowns and uncertainties.
In short, all kind of aspects you may not be familiar with. However, this is our passion... We will do all we can to give you a hassle-free home. Whether it's about looking for a rental or owner-occupied property or whether you want to sell your own home in our region without worries. Our professional but personal approach means we really focus on your best interests, and we are also there for you outside office hours or on Saturdays if the situation calls for it.

Enough words about you 😊 So who is that who, who is so keen to get to know you?
The very beginning of GeuS uw makelaar started during the height of the housing market crisis in 2012. When Karin Geus started her professional education, she also began working for a number of offices to gain experience.
From this experience, she learned a lot in practice about the housing market at the hardest possible time, including how things could be done differently. Based on this conviction, Karin went out on her own on 16 March 2018 and founded GeuS uw makelaar. After years of growth, Maarten Overmeen joined the team with effect from 2024.
