The Expat Centers help internationals to get settled smoothly!

You are here! You have arrived! A new adventure. But the greater the adventure or opportunity, the more attention to detail is required. Expat Centers provide advice and help with questions that expats/internationals have about settling and everything that comes with it. The objective of every Expat Center is that there is a Warm Welcome. Every move can cause some stress and raise questions. Expat Centers respond to this by providing answers to questions that are important for internationals to settle here.

Checklist (tick list upon arrival)
A checklist is an effective information document. It contains important information, such as addresses and telephone numbers of nearby hospitals and doctors, the central emergency number, what to do if documents are lost or stolen, etc. This list can be found on our website:https://www.expatcenterzeeland.com/expats/tick-list-upon-arrival

Helpdesk related to COVID-19 crisis
The COVID-19 crisis raises many questions, both among internationals and employers.
UWV EURES has set up a helpdesk in the Zeeland region to provide support during this special period. You can contact the helpdesk with questions that have arisen due to the COVID-19 crisis. The helpdesk provides information about living and working and in some cases, the possibility of receiving benefits. They also provide information about which measures apply if someone wants to return to the country of origin. The helpdesk and services are nationwide and are also available to the EU and EEA. Questions can be asked via: euresinfo@uwv.nl
