The Dutch expat & welcome centers have embraced a joint initiative and recently a webinar event about the Dutch housing market took place.
An informative session in which internationals have been informed about the general process of buying or renting, how a Dutch mortgage works and information about the legal/notary aspect. Based on previous questions that internationals have requested at the Expat Center Zeeland on the same subject, a housing matrix has been made with our partners Woonstichting Hulst, Woongoed Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, Rotsvast Verhuur & Vastgoedbeheer en Van Bruggen Adviesgroep.
