The Dutch Border Info Points have canceled all office hours for the time being. The Scheldemond Border Info Point continues to lend a helping hand, especially now that "frontier workers" are facing new problems due to the corona crisis.

No more office hours and no personal conversations can take place at the office. These are far-reaching measures, especially because there are many (new) questions with regard to working cross-border for both employers and employees during the corona crisis. “In order to be able to provide the best possible service to border crossers and former border crossers,” says Ronald de Back, coordinator of the Werkservicepunt Zeeuws-Vlaanderen in Terneuzen, “we ask them to contact us by telephone or e-mail for questions and problems. with our Border Info Point Scheldemond. With us you will find current information for frontier workers and we try to answer the questions as quickly and adequately as possible. In addition, we collect information about issues that are not covered by the national measures - typically Zeeland-Flemish and East and West-Flemish issues - and distribute them within the right channels. ”
